The target group for this training is for anyone who needs to write regularly in English. From memos, reports, emails, or correspondence, business communication are a reflection of an individual’s professionalism.
This training has been developed to elaborate on some of the finer points of writing in an attractive, clear and uncluttered form. On completion of the training you will be aware of the common mistakes in business communication. You will be able to compose a business letter/email, incorporating the correct layout and forms of address. You will be able to adjust the tone of a text to specific readers and be aware of the common pitfalls and mistakes when writing in English.

This training program starts with a 6 hours e-learning. After you finish this e-learning, particpants get access to the 2 half day sessions (3 hours each) with a recommended 2-3 weeks between the first and second session.
After your personal intake you know which e-learning components are relevant. All excercises include extensive feedback. Before, after and during e-learning you have access to an interactive reference book. Since the training is online, it will be available to you 24/7, so you can access it from any location, whenever your schedule permits. You can also stop the course and come back to it at any time.
Prior to the start of the classroom sessions participants will be requested to submit written material to the trainer. The trainer will provide individual feedback and correction to the participants. This will also form part of the training in assessing where the most common mistakes are made.
